  • 2 Tb reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 Tb fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 Tb fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 ripe peeled avocado

Preparation

Step 1

Combine in food processor until smooth.
Refrigerate
