Ingredients
- 2 Tb reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 Tb fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tb fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 ripe peeled avocado
