  • 2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese
  • 2 c finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 3.5oz pkg sliced pepperoni or turkey pepperoni, finely chopped.
  • 1/2 c chopped green onions
  • 1 c finely chopped walnuts or pecans, divided
  • Assorted crackers



Step 1

In a mixing bowl combine cream and cheddar cheese; cover and let stand at room temp for thirty minutes to soften. Add Worcestershire sauce. Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in pepperoni, green onion and 1/2c nuts. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hrs. form mixture into 2 balls; roll into remaining nuts. wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge or freezer. When ready to use thaw if frozen. Let stand for 15 mins at room temp. Serve with crackers
