Chocolate Mousse Skors Cake

Ingredients

• Chocolate Cake Mix
• 2 boxes Dr. Oetker Mousse Mix
• Whipping cream
• 4 skor chocolate bars - put in freezer to chill

Preparation

Step 1

Make a chocolate cake and cut into 1-2 inch pieces - divide in half

Make mousse - divide in half

Make whipping Cream - divide in half

Break Skor bars into pieces - divide in half


In a glass bowl put in 1/2 of the chocolate cake, 1/2 of the mousse, 1/2 of the whipped cream and 1/2 of the Skor Bars. Repeat.


Can also add a layer of fresh raspberries before applying the second layer - if desired.
