Ingredients

  • 4-5 pork chops (about 1lb)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 t worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 6-8 small whole potatoes or 3 medium qaurtered
  • 4 small carrots split lengthwise and cut into 2 inch pieces

Step 1

In large family skillet brown pork chops. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes or until tender.
