Ingredients
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped
- 4 oz. can diced fire roasted green chiles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Coat stoneware with cooking spray.
2. Add all ingredients, mix thoroughly.
3. Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.
