Preparation

Step 1

Season meat with Tony's, garlic powder, & pepper. Roll in flour then lightly brown in oil (just enough to cover bottom of the pan). Put meat in the Crockpot after browning. In the pan, make a small gravy with the leftover oil, add a little bit of water, flour to thicken if needed, then mushrooms. Loosen up the brown bits on bottom of the pan. In a medium bowl, combine soups, 2 cans water, soup mix, & gravy. Pour over meat. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. The longer it cooks, the more tender the meat.
