Ingredients
- To make 16 cups:
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups unsalted nuts (whole, halves)
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 4 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. cayenne
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- 16 cups unsalted nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients and then mix in nuts to coat. Scrap mixture into a buttered 9 x 13 pan (if making larger recipe, this would be 8 pans equivalent). Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Scrape nuts into a buttered piece of foil and let cool. Break apart.
