Ingredients
- 1 kg flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 glasses of water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Make a well in center of flour, put the salt and gradually add water while kneading vigorously until mixture is smooth.
2. With oiled hands, make balls the size of a tangerine and arrange them on a greased surface.
3. Spread out one by one with the palm of your hand gently stretching the dough in all directions until very fine.
4. Fold all 4 sides with a lap in order to obtain a square of 8 cm square.
5. Brown the pancakes on 2 sides in a buttered skillet.
6. Serve with honey or sugar.
