  • Basic:

  • 3/4

    cup orange juice

  • 6

    oz cup yogurt - any flavor

  • 1

    small frozen banana

  • To control appetite:

  • Basic energy and add 2 cups frozen berries

  • 2

    tbs psyllium - Metamucil

  • To beat bloat:

  • Basic plue 1 1/2 cups of frozen melon balls - watermelon, canaloupe or honeydew.

  • To speed up metabolism:

  • Substitute 3/4 orange juice for pineapple juice

  • add 3/4 cup frozen strawberries

  • and 3/4 cup diced papaya.

Directions

Blend until smooth for any of them.
