Ingredients
- Basic:
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 6 oz cup yogurt - any flavor
- 1 small frozen banana
- To control appetite:
- Basic energy and add 2 cups frozen berries
- 2 tbs psyllium - Metamucil
- To beat bloat:
- Basic plue 1 1/2 cups of frozen melon balls - watermelon, canaloupe or honeydew.
- To speed up metabolism:
- Substitute 3/4 orange juice for pineapple juice
- add 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- and 3/4 cup diced papaya.
