Preparation

Step 1

Rolls (dinner or potato) - I usually make about 24 rolls and it's usually one large package of ham and 1 large thing of cheese or 2 smaller ones. I know that's not exact, but you can def. estimate the ham and cheese. I just like to do a piece of cheese, two or three slices of ham, and then a slice of cheese and maybe some more ham.

Split rolls in half and lay the bottom half of the roll on the baking pan. Cut ham and cheese into little squares about the size of flat part of the roll. Place ham and cheese in the middle, cover ham and cheese with the previously removed top half of the roll.

Melt butter and then mix in brown sugar, poppy seeds, mustard and worchester sauce. Mix really well with a fork. Pour this mixture over the sandwiches (as evenly as possible) and then let sit refrigerated for a minimum of an hour (can be much longer if needed).

Bake at 325 until cheese is melted and tops are starting to brown.
