Keith's Key Lime Cheesecake
Key lime cheesecake
- 1 lime
- 1 box glazed donought holes (1lb)
- 2 boxes lime jello (3oz)
- 2 pks cream cheese (8oz)
- 1 tub cool whip (16oz)

pulse until donoughts turn into fine crumbs. press crumbs into 9" springform pan. chill 20 mins.
In medium sized bowl stir jello into 1 1/2 cups of boiling water 2 mins until dissolved. let cool. in food processor puree jello, cream cheese and 2 tbs of lime juice 1 min or until smooth transfer into large bowl fold in 4 cups of cool.
Spoon jello mixture in to pan using a spatula, smooth top and garnish with raspberries.
