Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the cheese.
2. Shape half of the meat mixture into a loaf.
3. Arrange 4 slices of cheese on top of the meat.
4. Cover cheese with the remaining meat mixture, press the edges together to seal.
5. Place in slow cooker, and put the remaining cheese on top of the meat.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
