Glazed Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 acorn squash
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Fig Balsamic Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Pierce squash with sharp knife; place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes; cool 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the brown sugar and fig balsamic dressing until well blended.

Cut each squash lengthwise in half; remove seeds. Cut each half into 4 slices. Place in a large bowl, add dressing and toss to coat.

Place squash, cut sides down, on foil covered baking sheet.

Bake 45 minutes, turning after 25 minutes or until squash is tender.
