Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pkd (8.5oz) corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in corn bread mix until blended. Pur into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until center comes out clean from toothpick. Serve warm.
