boneless pork chops ½ inch thick
Tbs. olive oil
10 oz. can crushed pineapple
cup canned whole cranberry sauce
medium sweet onion
1. Season the chops with the salt and pepper. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on a medium heat. 3. Brown the chops about 2-3 minutes per side. 4. Place chops in the slow cooker. 5. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
