Pineapple-Cranberry Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 10 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup canned whole cranberry sauce
- 1 medium sweet onion

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season the chops with the salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on a medium heat.
3. Brown the chops about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Place chops in the slow cooker.
5. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
