Pink Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Thick Spaghetti
  • 2 cups Newman's Own Cabernet Marinara Sauce
  • 2/3 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2/3 cups Grated Romano Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare a large pot of salted water to boil per pasta package directions. Meanwhile, warm marinara over low-medium heat. When warmed through, add cream and cheese and warm through; do not boil. Drain pasta (reserving a little cooking water), return to the pot and add warm sauce. Stir in a little reserved water to loosen things up, if need be.

Crumbled bacon or pulled rotisserie chicken make nice additions if you’ve got a more carnivorous-type bunch at your house
