Biscuits and Gravy
- 4 T. Butter or Margarine
- 4 T. Flour
- 1/4 tea. Pepper
- 1/2 tea. Salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 tube of Bob Evans Regular Sausage. Cooked and pat off grease with paper towel. Chop with chopper or chop in blender or bullet.
- 1 tube flaky baby grands biscuits.
Whisk butter, flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk slowly while whisking constantly
Kep whisking till thick.
Add sausage and set aside.
Should thicken more as it stands.
Cook biscuits per directions on package. Pour gravy over cooked biscuits
