Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lf tilapia fillets
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 heart of romaine lettuce thinly sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 4 red radishes thinly sliced
- 1 avocado thinly sliced
- 1 lime cut into 8 wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Brush tortillas with olive oil and heat 2 minutes until crisp. Brush tilapia with oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill about 8 minutes and let rest 4 minutes. Pull into chunks.
Place each tortilla on a plate and scatter onion, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and radishes. Lay tilapia on top. Add avocado slices and sprinkle with lime juice.
