Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) grainy mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper; set aside.
