Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) grainy mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
