Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Use 1 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan
Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
Combine rest of ingredients except cranberries.
Add to dry ingredients, mix until well moistened.
Stir in cranberries.
Bake about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until pick comes out clean.
