Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips 0 Picture


  • 8 oz raspberries
  • 8 oz strawberries
  • 3 tbsp apricot fruit spread
  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 10 8" four tortillas

Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Combine cinnamon and sugar and set aside.

Coat one side of tortillas with cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a singe layer on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray. Bake 8-10 minutes turning once until crisp.

Combine fruit, apricot fruit spread and brown sugar. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
