Grilled Fruit Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 15 bamboo skewers
  • 3 cups of assorted fruit such as strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, bananas, peaches and plums cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon light- or dark-brown sugar
  • Cooking-oil spray

Preparation

Step 1

Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes. Thread alternating pieces of fruit onto skewers. Lightly dust with brown sugar. Heat grill to high. Spray fruit with oil, and place on grill. Grill about 1 minute per side.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
