Pie-Pecan Pie-Cathy G

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 C sugar
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 C pecans
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 C light Karo
  • 1/4 C dark Karo

Preparation

Step 1

Slightly bet eggs, add sugar, vanilla, and both syrups. Beat well. Melt butter and add to mixture with salt, beat well. Fold pecans into mixture. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

Makes 2 pies.
