Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 piece garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown the rice in oil [golden brown]
2. Brown the garlic and onion [golden brown]
3. Combine water, rice, tomato sauce, garlic, onion and lemon juice and bring to a simmer do not remove lid.
