Pressure Cooker Wild Rice

By

Wild rice is the only grain native to North America, though it's actually not a rice at all but the seed from an aquatic grass. After cooking, wild rice still has a distinct crunch which makes it an excellent mix-in with more traditional whole grains, such as brown or long grain rice.
