Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, divided
- 1 pkg (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Original Cooking Creme
- 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Mix meat and pepper; shape into 4 (½-inch thick) oval patties. Melt 1 teaspoon butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done (160ºF). Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm. Melt remaining butter in same skillet. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir 2 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender. Add cooking creme; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently. Spoon over patties; top with parsley.
