Caramel Sauce 1 Picture


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoon butter, room temperature

Step 1

In medium sauce pan, melt sugar over medium heat. Whisk the sugar as it melts to make sure it doesn't burn.

As soon as sugar comes to a boil, stop stirring.

Add butter and stir. Remove from heat.

Slowly add cream (may foam). Whisk sauce until it is nice and smooth.

Pour into jar and store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Heat before serving.
