- Seasoning: Salt and pepper to taste.
- Oil: 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
- Serving suggestion: Toss with romaine lettuce or use as marinade for seafood or chicken.

Asian
Acid: 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.

Oil: 4 tablespoons peanut oil.

Seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.

Sweet
Acid: 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Seasoning: 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey.
Oil: 4 1/2 tablespoons safflower oil.
