- 1 C crushed pineapple
- 1 envelope knox gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup of cold water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries
- 1/2 pt. cream
- 1/4 C sugar
Put sugar, pineapple and lemon on heat and bring to boiling point-add gelatin. In separate bowl mix cream cheese thoroughly with juice of cherries. Cut cherries into pieces. When mixture is cool , add cheese and cherries. As soon as this begins to settle slightly, add whipped cream. Pour into mold.
