- 1 pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 2 oz. thinly sliced salami or pepperoni (pepperoni can be greasy)
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) sliced provolone cheese
- Sesame seed for garnish
Preheat oven to 350*. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.
On lightly floured surface, unroll pizza crust dough. Gently stretch into 12 x 10 rectangle. Arrange salami and cheese over crust within 2 inches of edge. Starting at long edge, roll up loosely. Pinch to seal seam. Press ends with fork, turn over. Place seam side down on prepared baking sheet. With sharp knife, cut 3 diagonal slits in top of Stromboli for steam to escape. Brush lightly with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into slices and serve with pizza sauce.
