Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups white rice, uncooked
- 1/2 lb (8oz) Velvetta cheese cut up
Preparation
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Stir in rice and cheese. Cook and stir on low until cheese is melted. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
