Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup nuts

Step 1
Mix sugar, sour cream and egg together. Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture. Add rhubarb. Put in a greased 13" x 9" pan.
Mix brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle on cake.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
