Power greens smoothie. Blend of kale, chard and spinach.

- 3 cups organic power greens - packed about 2oz
- 2/3 cup to 3/4 cup frozen strawberries about 3oz
- 1 cup frozen blueberries - about 4oz
- 1 cup apple juice - about 10 fl oz
Blend until smooth. Add ingredients one by one. Use all organics, if possible. Add chia, flax one hemp for extra protein.
