Ingredients

  • 3

    cups organic power greens - packed about 2oz

  • 2/3

    cup to 3/4 cup frozen strawberries about 3oz

  • 1

    cup frozen blueberries - about 4oz

  • 1

    cup apple juice - about 10 fl oz

Directions

Blend until smooth. Add ingredients one by one. Use all organics, if possible. Add chia, flax one hemp for extra protein.
