Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 large cake pumpkin (29oz.)
- 4 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tsp pumpkin pre spice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all wet ingredients then add dry. Add the nuts last.
Grease 4 coffee cans or loaf pans. Bake at 350 for one hour.
