Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 large cake pumpkin (29oz.)
  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tsp pumpkin pre spice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all wet ingredients then add dry. Add the nuts last.
Grease 4 coffee cans or loaf pans. Bake at 350 for one hour.
