  • 1 stick butter at room temperature
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c all purpose flour sifted
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and augar and mix well. Add the salt, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and bananas, mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 50 minutes
