Sliced baked potato

Ingredients

• Large Potato
• olive oil
• butter
• salt
• pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Slice potato almost all the way through. place wooden spoon behind potato to keep from slicing all the way through.
drizzle oil, butter and sprinkle salt and pepper on potato
bake at 425* for 40 mins
(maybe microwave for a few minutes first to especially with sweet potato to help slice)
