Funghi In Padella Con Aceto Balsamico
Sauted Mushrooms with Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- black pepper
- balsamic vinegar
- garlic, smashed
- fresh italian parsley, chopped
- fresh wild mushrooms, any kind
In pan, heat olive oil and saute garlic over medium heat until full of color. Remove garlic, add mushrooms and cook over high heat until they have absorbed the oil.
Lower heat, add salt and pepper to taste, and cook a few minutes until mushrooms release their juices. Remove from heat, pour off any excess liquids and add balsamic vinegar to mushrooms, splash by splash and taste.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve at room temperature.
Edit: I also like to add garlic back into mixture, as well as a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving........even though recipe doesn't call for either of these things.
