Grilled Southwestern Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless beef rib-eye steaks (1lb) 3/4" thick
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup A1 Original Steak Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat grill to medium heat. BRUSH steaks with oil; coat with taco seasoning. Let stand 5 mins.

2. GRILL 5 mins, turning after 3 mins. Brush with steak sauce; grill 4 to 5 mins or to medium doneness (160ºF), turning after 2 mins.

3. REMOVE steaks from grill; cover with foil. Let stand 5 mins before slicing.
