- 16 vanilla wafers
- 16 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Place one vanilla wafer in 16 foil mini muffin cups
Whip cream cheese sugar, eggs (?), lemon juice and vanilla till light and fluffy.
Dive the batter evenly between each muffing cup.
Bake for 25 to 20 minutes at 350F
Cool, Refrigerate or freeze till needed.
Top with your favorite pie filling just before serving.
