Ingredients
- The dressing is made of:
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt,
- 3 tablespoons of apple juice and
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
- This is enough for:
- 1-1/2 pounds of shredded cabbage with
- 2 cups of shredded carrots,
- 2 shredded celery stalks,
- 1/3 cup raisins, and
- 1 diced apple.
- It has only 74 calories for a one-cup serving. A
- very nice serving size and lots of good
