CRAB-ALFREDO BAKED SHELLS

Ingredients

  • 8 oz dry medium pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 TBS minced shallots
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 stick un-salted butter (8TBS)
  • 2 C grated Parmesan, divided
  • 4 TBS chopped parsley divided
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • S & P
  • 2 C Jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 1/4 C Panko breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Pasta,

Heat cream, shallots, nutmeg and butter

Add 1 1/2C cheese, parsley, S&P, lemon juice. fold in crabmeat and panko crumbs. Put mixture into casserole dish.

Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese and Panko.

Broil casserole until golden and bubbly - 3-4 minutes. Garnish with parsley
