Plum Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups self rising flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup Crisco oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 jars plum baby food w/tapioca
• 1 tsp. clove
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients at medium speed. Stir in nuts and bake at 300 for 1 hour in a well greased Bundt pan.
