Ingredients

  • 1 1

    1 - can original Rotel

  • 1 1

    1 pound Velveeta (2% Milk for lower fat)

  • 8 8

    8 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese shredded

  • 1 1

    1 can diced green chili's

Directions

Cut Velveeta into cubes, in a medium saucepan add cheeses, Rotel and green chili's. Stir over medium heat until melted and blended. Turn heat to low to keep warm. Also works great in a crockpot or microwave safe bowl. Serve with your favorite taco chips.
