Chili Con Queso
A easy and tasty spicy cheese dip for chips or veggies
- 1 1 1 - can original Rotel
- 1 1 1 pound Velveeta (2% Milk for lower fat)
- 8 8 8 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
- 1 1 1 can diced green chili's

Cut Velveeta into cubes, in a medium saucepan add cheeses, Rotel and green chili's. Stir over medium heat until melted and blended. Turn heat to low to keep warm.
Also works great in a crockpot or microwave safe bowl. Serve with your favorite taco chips.
