- Chicken or turkey ground, fennel bulb . Onion, garlic, celery , fennel seed, white wine, chic broth , whole milk , tagliatelle .

Preparation
Step 1
Oil pan & sauté 1/12 teaspoon of fennel seed add ground meat & sauté , salt & pepper. Half fennel & finely chop add 2 celery & finely chop , add 3 garlic cloves chopped. Sauté , then add 1 cup of wine , reduce by half , stir in 1 1/2 chic broth , 1 cup milk add rind of parm cheese , simmer till cooked , cook pasta !
