Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz. pkg. OreIda frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. grated velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 6 oz. tub of sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Step 1

Thaw potatoes (1 hr) and put in a 9x10 baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Mix 1/2 cup butter and crushed cornflakes. Spread over potatoe mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
