Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion,. chopped
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 bag (1KG) frozen hash brown, potatoes thawed
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup crushed corn-flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in ham and potatoes. Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake uncovered, at 350F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
