Ingredients
- 6 or 7 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 4 graham crackers crushed fine

Step 1
Mix egg whites, salt and beat until foamy then add cream of tartar. Beat until stiff, fine and glossy looking. Add gradually the sugar, beating well after each addition. Beat until mixture looks like marshmallows, add flavoring while beating. Put into 10" pie plate- greased and floured and bake 45 minutes until lightly browned at 250 - 275 degrees. Cook and top with whip cream and graham cracker crumbs.
