Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c potatoes
- 1/2 c sauerkraut (chopped)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Wonton wrappers
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl combine potatoes, sauerkraut and pepper. Place a scant tablespoon of mixture in center of wonton wrapper. Dap edges of wrapper with water, fold and pinch together to enclose filling. Place under damp paper towel and repeat process with rest of mixture. Cook in salted boiling water 3 minutes or until dough is cooked through. Drain well. Serve with sour cream and parsley.
