Ingredients
- 6 oz diced pancetta
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- Salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- Crushed red peppers
- 1 28 oz can tomato purée
- Pecorino Romano
- Linguine
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onion, pancetta, garlic in olive oil. Add salt, crushed reds and purée. Simmer.
Cook linguini as directed.
