Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dressing: 2 c. mayo; 1 c. sour cream, 1 t. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix veggies
Stir in dressing--blend well.
